+ Position: Training Development Specialist (DOT)
+ Location: Fort Huachuca- Sierra Vista, AZ
+ Security Clearance Required? Yes No If yes, level of clearance required: TS/SCI
+ The Training Development Specialist applies the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process to training development resulting in the development, updates and maintenance of courseware and training products for the warfighter.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
+ Develop, maintain, and update training and education strategies and products in all three learning domains for Active and Reserve Component personnel.
+ Provide training development expertise when requested by manager or team member
+ Manage, write, review and coordinate training products
+ Coordinate through course managers and team members to develop accurate products
+ Provide MOS-specific expertise to both ensure accuracy of relevant products and increase breadth of products across the MOS spectrum.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor?s degree preferred
+ Four years of current and relevant 35L Counterintelligence Agent.
+ Must have program of instruction development experience.
+ Must have a working knowledge of intelligence processes, basic intelligence products and services, have the ability to develop military intelligence training and education curricula.
+ Completion of one of the following applicable military courses or other service equivalent: WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, MICCC, SLC, ALC.
+ Systems Approach to Training (SAT) or the ADDIE Course graduate or equivalent service or pass ADDIE on 1st enrollment.
