Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems.
+ TheAD Administratorwill provide the highest level of expertise in the secure operation of the enterprise Active Directory NIPRNet and SIPRNet infrastructure.
+ Resolve Active Directory challenges of unusual complexity and difficulty either directly or through collaboration with vendors and other government partners.
+ Work in coordination and cooperation with government partners in implementing and supporting the new Army enterprise forest.
+ Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance on all CONUS Domain Controllers.
+ Ensure network connectivity to all CONUS DC’s.
+ Create and sustain Group Policy Objects to meet theater, installation and organizational requirements.
+ Perform security review of scan results in support of Active Directory migrations to the CONUS Forest.
+ Operate and maintain the Theater Active Directory CM test lab and test all proposed Active Directory baseline changes and report the results of these activities.
+ Coordinate and work with other forest owners and installation POC’s to correct user account data duplication and other user data problems.
+ Configure, operate, sustain and secure Army Enterprise Out of Band Management (AEOOBM).
+ Configure, operate, sustain and secure the CONUS based Public Key Infrastructure/Certificate Authority (PKI/CA) services/enclaves in support of certificate auto-generation/issuance to CONUS theater devices.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
5-8 years of related systems engineering experience.
Certifications: IAT II (e.g. CCNA Security, Security+ CE); Computing Environment certification
