CLIENT SUPPORT BUSINESS ANALYST
This role will be dedicated to support a strategic client through various initiatives as they relate to their Midas Care Management application. This Client Support Analyst is expected to gain a full understanding of how the uses the Midas Care Management application on a daily basis and become a technical resource to help troubleshoot issues. Scope of work includes performing tasks associated with new acquisitions, projects and general support as well as coordination of any additional resources needed to accomplish work requirements and deliverables.
Within 3 months, the Analyst will have obtained expertise in the following modules.
Midas Case Management workflows and best practices. Specifically in the following modules:
+ HCM Certification HCM Concurrent Review
+ HCM Clinical Document Improvement HCM Discharge Planning
+ HCM Support Services Midas Focus Studies and Extended User Field
+ Smartrack Worklists and Indicators
+ Midas ReporTrack, Scheduled Reports, and ODBC queries into the Care Management Database
Additionally the resource will become a knowledge resource in the following areas:
+ Cache Object Script coding, troubleshooting, and debugging
+ HL7 Interfacing for Meditech 5.x, Meditech 6.x, Epic, Cerner, and Cloverleaf
+ Analyze/troubleshoot issues with high degree of complexity
+ Create and maintain internal knowledge base articles
+ Provide in-services in areas of expertise
+ Assist in training of colleagues as required
+ Travel required, 5 days/month at client facility
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing/troubleshooting or analysis role. A combination of experience and certifications may be substituted for the degree.
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Serves as a primary liaison and facilitates working sessions between internal and/or external customers and Teams (IT)
+ Collects data from internal and external customers relating to mid to high-level complexity systems and reporting issues impacting service delivery.
+ Writes detailed business functional requirements documents of the operational and/or system changes
+ Analyzes, recommends and implements requirements changes or improvements to service levels
