Security Clearance: DoD TS/SCI security clearance required
Certifications: IAM Level I
Provides configuration management support services for the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS).
Manages and performs configuration management activities, monitors the review of engineering change data and change accounting activities, and ensures that the unit mission systems are accurately maintained and verified.
Prepares and confirms that documentation accurately reflects all hardware / software installations and modifications.
Ensures proper protection or corrective measures are immediately taken when and incident or vulnerability is discovered within a system.
Prepares and submits new capability requirements and deficiency reports.
Coordinates and conducts mission system configuration inspections, tests and reviews.
Ensures systems are in compliance with the DCGS Configuration Management Plan and applicable Department of Defense and information system security policies and directives.
Requires extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Systems Science, Engineering, Math or related field preferred.
Experience with DCGS systems administration or computer security management preferred; or an equivalent combination of directly-related experience, training, and education.
Requires a TS/SCI DoD security clearance and an IAM Level I certification as identified in DoD 8750.01-M.
