Job Description, LLC seeks an IT Program Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona to lead the implementation of Revenue Recognition processing tools, Workday Finance ERP, and IT enterprise initiatives. Coordinate program wide status reporting, project and roadmap planning, project scheduling, and risk management for IT initiatives. Strategize problem solving and risk mitigation of key IT initiative and project rollouts. Build and maintain collaborative relationships within IT organization as well as with all key internal stakeholders and customers. Coordinate and track the product development delivery activities, business and end user testing, project launch Go/No-Go decisions, internal and external communications, and other launch related activities. Participate in definition of requirements, assist in solution selection, and implement project management tools and processes to be used across the project management organization. Run daily and weekly project management meetings to ensure development and business teams meet project objectives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, plus two years of experience developing IT enterprise applications. Must have two years of experience in each of the following: 1. Retiring and migrating users from legacy to new applications; 2. AGILE software development process and framework; 3. Applying knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC); 4. Testing software and providing resolutions for software defects based on user needs; and 5. Providing project management for IT projects by performing project planning, roadmap development and communication, task and work item management, risk and issue management, and decision tracking.
