Job Description: This position focuses on the accurate and compliant management of processes and records related to Government Furnished Material. It includes, but is not limited to: monitoring plant site activity for inbound GFM to insure inventory receipt accuracy regulatory compliance; support inventory analysis efforts associated with program screening and material disposition efforts; coordinate and support inventory reconciliation as needed; define and monitor GFM warehouse work queues. The successful candidate will work cross functionally providing PRISM guidance, particularly Warehouse Management inventory processes. Required Skills: PRISM Warehouse and inventory management SAP/PRISM/APEX experience Microsoft Office experience Word, Excel, PowerPoint Desired Skills: Experience interfacing with several cross functional areas as well as external customers, and must possess good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Time management skills, organizational skills, communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills are a must. Familiarity with DFAR Property regulations is a plus. 2 years related experience as logistics specialist Required Education (including Major): Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
