Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Digital Mining Solution Support professional. ?A customer facing, digital solution expert that will support, train and bridge the gap between user and developer to aid in global expansion of said tools.

Responsibilities

•Responsible for first tier, customer facing, support & training of Treadstat.

•Communicate with diverse, cross-functional IT & business stakeholders; including external customer issue resolution companies

•Identify nature and criticality of software issues, escalate, track and unresolved to the next level of support

•Walk customers through problem solving process

•Creation of user manuals, support material, business requirements & technical overviews

•Participate in global governance activities

•On or off premise mine site promotion, education and training of customers in Treadstat application.

Additional Responsibilities:

•Support Bridgestone digital tool suite integration with product and solution business.

Qualifications

+ Fluent English and Spanish speaking

+ High level of document writing (product manuals, business requirements, customer question responses)

+ Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Office 365

+ Understanding of digital platforms and basics of software design

+ Problem solving and self-motivating nature

+ Dedicated and passionate for digital technologies

+ Ability to travel both inter & intra country (30% of time)
