Northrop Grumman is in search of a motivated Exercise Controller to support our USAICoE (United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence) CIO/G6 task efforts located in Fort Huachuca, Arizona .
The primary mission of the USAICoE CIO/G6 is to deliver intelligence training used to enhance current and future Army readiness.
+ Develops scenario-based, simulation-driven Capstone Exercises emphasizing full spectrum operations following Army and TRADOC approved models (i.e. Decisive Action Training Environment)
+ Assists in preparing and maintaining documents related to Simulation and Exercise Support including, but not limited to; procedures, plans, Operations Orders (OPORDs), Operations Plans (OPLANs), Road-to War documents, Master Scenario Events Lists (MSELs), Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Plans, Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) documentation, Personality Background information, finished Intelligence products and other documents, as missions and exercises require
+ Provides automated and White Cell scripting Exercise support, as required, to ICoE courses Capstone Training Exercises, practical exercises (PEs), and other training events that require stimulation of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) systems across the ICoE training/mission systems architecture
+ White cell controller tasks during exercise operations include, executing instructor driven operations, responding to requests for information, responding to instructor approved tasking and collection requests, and providing ad-hoc adjustments to facilitate the completion of training objectives
+ Regularly performs order of battle research, create process documentation, conduct systems testing, and modification of simulations and DCGS-A databases and systems based on customer requirements
+ Provides critical insight to software developers for changes needed or requested by the customer in support of their simulation needs
+ Performs basic systems and software troubleshooting on student user accounts and systems
+ Monitors student use of applications, maintain and reset student accounts
+ A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3 years relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of direct relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree requirement
+ Previous or current experience in Army Intelligence
+ Knowledge and/or familiarity with the United States Message Text Formats (USMTF), and other reporting formats
+ A understanding and knowledge of general Order of Battle concepts, terms, and symbology
+ A current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
+ Knowledge of military intelligence software tools including DCGS-A and ArcGis
+ Familiarity with ISR collection management
+ CompTIA certifications such as Network Plus and Security Plus
+ Strong commitment to a team environment
+ Capacity to work unsupervised
+ Willingness to learn new technologies
