Job Description

  • Must be able to speak and write fluently in English
  • Experience in Appfolio management program a plus
  • Utilizing property management software
  • Will train to operate real estate management software being used
  • Must be knowledgeable with Windows software

Reception Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Office Manager.
  • Maintain courteous/professional relationship with current and prospective residents as well as owners, vendors, and fellow team members
  • Open office at start of workday
  • Check voice mail for any calls received after business hours and handle in appropriate manner
  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Provide information according to job duties or direct calls, take information to be delivered to appropriate team members or departments
  • Assist other members in performing tasks, keep reception area tidy and assist in closing office at end of business day
  • Participate in on call rotation
