We are searching for a Senior Software Engineer, full stack developer who has extensive knowledge in designing, developing and testing, to lead our technology transformation by igniting a culture of quality as part of the Site Reliability Engineering Organization. You will play a key role across the organization to build capabilities, conduct training, coaching engineering teams to deliver high quality code and help achieve test pyramid within Consumer Lending Scrum Teams. As part of Site Reliability Engineering in Consumer Lending Technology and Wells Fargo Technology, you will work to innovate, automate, build capability and enable teams to deliver products and services through the Agile methodology, CI/CD, Continuous Testing and Inspection, Destructive and Resiliency Testing (Chaos), and Analysis leveraging AI/ML Capabilities. You will partner with Development leads across the platforms to drive measurable quality metrics in Consumer Lending Technology.
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Evangelize a Culture of Quality through DevSecOps in Consumer Lending as part of Site Reliability Engineering
+ Mentor, educate highly talented full stack engineers, software developers, test automation engineers, and performance engineers that work with teams in the Agile methodology to accelerate delivery of quality products into production
+ Work with product teams to deliver quality products through Behavior Driven Development (BDD),Test Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, Continuous Testing, Continuous Inspection, Destructive and Chaos Testing
+ Accelerate training and education of product teams by curating, participating, and leading engineering academies, training sessions, product demos, developing product documentation, communications, and leading community forums focused on improving quality in partnership with CLT Engineering and Wells Fargo Technology
+ Innovate, Automate, and Enhance Existing SRE capabilities including CI/CD/CT to improve overall quality
+ Be a leader amongst peers and partners, innovate, and work with Chief Technology Office to expand existing capabilities to reflect the future needs of Consumer Lending reflect the future needs of Consumer Lending
+ 2+ years of product development or product management experience
+ 1+ year of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring
+ 2+ years of Agile experience
+ 5+ years of Java experience
+ 7+ years of software engineering experience
+ Web Services experience
+ Knowledge and understanding of system monitoring and high availability architectures, at an enterprise level
+ Experience applying new technologies to business needs in a technologically innovative , change-driven organization
+ 2 + years of experience with Elasticsearch development, integration or support
+ Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
+ 2+ years of Kafka experience
+ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ An industry-standard technology certification

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
