Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be the technical leader and be the primary decision maker for program cost, schedule and technical issues. You will lead prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance.

Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will have ownership for systems at every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.

+ Requirements analysis

+ Budget/schedule responsibility

10% Travel – domestic or international


+ Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering

+ Minimum of 8 years of systems engineering experience in support of safety critical aerospace development

+ Minimum of 5 Aerospace systems experience


+ Experience providing technical leadership to a cross discipline, cross site team

+ Experience working within Honeywell’s system development processes for electronic controllers

+ Working knowledge of Honeywell’s requirement development tools and processes including DOORs and ClearCase/ClearQuest

+ Advanced level knowledge of cabin pressure

+ Advanced knowledge of hardware certification processes and strategies including DO-254
