The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The vision for the Consumer Lending business is to leverage technology and data to make it simple for customers to easily access credit when and where they need it. Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices, as well as online and digital channels.

Account Management Data Infrastructure (AMDI) is responsible for managing the production of ADH risk data mart which houses Cards (Prime, Retail and Cobrand) and Personal Lines and Loans customer’s account level information, credit bureau data and relationship data within Well Fargo. ADH (Analytical Data House) risk data is used in many risk management areas including existing customer’s risk strategy, Basel, Loss Forecasting, Reg. reporting, Risk model development/Implementation, and portfolio reporting etc. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to play an active role supporting Account Management real time strategies, performing tracking & monitoring dozens Non Monetary processes to update FDR SOR, assisting monthly credit bureau refresh process and data management. You have opportunity to work with various business partners, cross teams and technology, gain business knowledge through data analysis and research.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Support various complex activities related to data research, data integrity and resolutions

+ Perform data analysis to support audit & examination related activities and documentation

+ Perform complicated research, indepandently manage various data process, identify gaps/areas to enhance and recommend possible resolutions

+ Collaborate with partners to support the business framework with a consistent approach for process control

Required Qualifications

+ 5+ years of risk reporting experience, risk analytics experience, or a combination of both; or 2+ years of experience in a risk role and a Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, operations research, engineering, or business

Other Desired Qualifications

+ 5+ years of credit risk analysis or data management, or combination of both**.

+ Ability to understand business requirement, process and control, translate business requirement to technical logic and connect requirements to practice.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with partners to accomplish business goals.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ 3+ years SAS programming or SQL skills, and proficient in Excel, Word, Visio and Power Point**.

+ Preferred programming experience with Python, R to process large data sets**.

+ Experience with FDR, SHAW system, Hogan or Credit Bureau .

+ Experience in operational/process oriented environment.

+ Knowledge on system control, application control, corporate data integrity policy.

+ Highly organized and proactive. Should be able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and deal with multiple priorities. Self-starter and team player.

+ Excellent problem solving skills and ability to connect dots, see big picture and find solutions.
