The Quality Control Analyst provides oversight to an assigned group within software engineering and is responsible for ensuring the testing processes and procedures of new or existing applications are followed.
Create, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans, including regression test suites.
Create and maintain appropriate test data.
Be viewed as a SME and valued consultant on testing strategy.
Ensure acceptance criteria is consistent, testable and includes appropriate negative tests.
Consults with teams to ensure appropriate test cases are integrated with the regression test after a release.
Be an SDLC advocate and consultant.
Produce metrics (defect density, code coverage, automation, etc.).
Produce release-readiness artifacts.
Work experience that demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience and/or Technical expertise
Professional interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.
