Job Description
- Planning, implementing, and managing the efficient, cost-effective circular flow of inventory, finished goods, and related information from the point of consumption to the point of origin for the purpose of executing warranty remedies and recapturing value through asset recovery and re-use.
- Primary engagement points with BUs (Business Units) to design and deploy reverse logistics warranty and supply chain solutions to ensure that time to market and cost goals are achieved while exceeding customer expectations including but not limited to, product set up and overseeing entitlement execution and customer satisfaction.
- Lead business operations, business process strategy, design and development. Including risk and controls, business continuity and quality management.
- Provide project support and/or leadership for GRL Sustainability and Circular Economy and Margin and Cost Savings programs.
