Job Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for performing test engineering activities for RF/Microwave products and sub-assemblies developed for commercial, military, and space markets. You will plan and execute test tasks that include interpreting test requirements, writing test plans, designing test hardware, designing test software, and testing and debugging deliverable hardware for commercial, military, and space markets. This includes activity for both RF and digital testing of modules.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of test automation and design.
Capable of leading test development.
Proficiency in programming one or more languages such as C#, Python, and Labview.
Ability to communicate and work in a cross-discipline team.
US citizenship required
Up to 10% travel
Preferences
Experience in RF test system design and automation
Working knowledge of RF amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, and transceivers
Working knowledge of object-oriented programming
Understanding of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, noise figure meters, and signal generators.
Documentation skills such as test procedures and Software design documentation
