Job Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for performing Test Engineering activities for RF/Microwave products and sub-assemblies developed for commercial, military and space markets.
You will plan and execute test development tasks that include interpreting test requirements, creating test plans, designing test hardware, and developing test software.
You will conduct these tasks in support of new product Design Validation testing and testing in support of problem solving for issues that occur in production.
You will utilize your skills in leadership by working with the design team and by helping direct other engineers and technicians as it relates to test activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
10+ years of test automation and design
Capable of leading a team in test development efforts
Working knowledge of digital interfaces
Proficiency with programming in one or more languages such as C#, Python, or LabView
US citizenship required
Up to 10% travel
Preferences
Experience in RF test system design and automation
Working knowledge of RF amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, and transceivers
Working knowledge of object-oriented programming
Understanding of test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, noise figure meters, and signal generators
