Tactis is adding to its experience delivery team. A qualified Lead Support Center Guide has:

  • Specialized Experience. you have 2+ years working with medical terminology, clinical research, or public health
  • Call Center Experience. you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing customer service, in a call center inquiry response operations.
  • Supervisory Experience. you have a minimum of 2 year's experience of supervisory experience in overseeing call center, customer service, and inquiry response operations
  • Education. you have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be a resident of AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IA, LA, MD, MA, MI, NV, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or ND
