Job Title:Compliance Manager
Location:Remote Ohio
What you'll do:The Compliance Manager will lead a high performing controls and audit readiness team that supports the IT Infrastructure and Operations organization. This individual will work with IT teams to conduct ongoing monitoring of adherence to regulatory requirements, participate in ongoing risk assessments, and be the lead in development and execution of management action plans. This position requires a self- motivated, highly organized leader to manage a team as a central point of contact for audit and compliance.

Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent application of best practices and control standards acrossthe IT towers.
Establish control governance and reporting to identify meaningful metrics to inform on the health of operational risk and control environment; escalate control gaps and weaknesses
Manage and facilitate control committees and forums
Manage, track audit and risk issue remediation progress and reporting
Prepare Audit/Compliance readiness and coordination and ensure all processes are well documented
Create and maintain the Control Catalog in coordination with technology and business teams
Conduct periodic reviews of procedural documentation and control operating effectiveness verifications
Facilitate risk control self-assessments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 5 years of financial service experience in controls, audit, or risk management
Minimum 5 years of audit or audit readiness experience
Proficient knowledge of IT control and risk management concepts with the ability to design, create and evaluate a Risk & Control Self-Assessment in conjunction with business partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) required and data analytics preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding root cause / identifying control breaks
Implementation and Organizational Change Management skills
Qualifications:
CISA or other ISACA certifications
Experience with one or more of the following control frameworks: FFIEC, NIST CSF or 800-53, CIS, SCF, COBIT, PCI and/or ISO 27001
ITIL Certification a plus
