Job Description
- Manages and evaluates behavioral health and housing staff support.
- Ensures staff complies with all mandatory trainings and meetings, inclusive of clinical supervision.
- Reviews staff case notes and billing logs to ensure quality service delivery and timely billing.
- Monitors, evaluates and maintains compliance with all state and federal stakeholders.
- Interprets contracts and trains staff on contract deliverables, inclusive of non-compliance issues and scheduled audits.
- Ensures annual contract and licensing renewals are completed.
- Contributes to the development of Agency’s annual budget planning cycle.
- Attends and participates in all mandatory trainings, meetings, inclusive of management meetings supervision and “on-call” schedule.
