Job Description

We’re a drilling contractor based out of Rimrock, AZ looking for an energetic, highly focused and motivated individual to join our team. This will start out as a part-time position, with the potential to turn into full-time for the right candidate. This position requires someone that is very detail oriented, able to work under pressure at times, efficient and has a solid work ethic.

The duties of this position will include the following:
-Requesting insurance certificates (COI’s)
-Monthly union reporting
-New hire on-boarding – verifying completion of new hire documents
and inputting them in the system.
-Adding and removing drivers to auto insurance, as needed.
-Eventually booking hotels/housing and airline tickets.
-Reporting weekly hours for payroll processing.
-Filing paperwork as needed to maintain licensing and compliance in
each state we work in.
-Creating and editing company documents, as needed.
-Maintain DOT binders for each truck.

This is not an exhaustive list, but this is the primary scope of work that will be expected in this position. It will start off as a work from home position until we have an office space. Working hours are 8:00am – 11:00am (possibly 12pm), Monday through Friday. We can offer some flexibility on the hours, if needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to eventually work into a full-time position with the intention to stay with us long-term. Please don’t apply if you’re looking for a short-term position.
