What You Will Do:
Create and implement risk-based audit program.
Ensure timely testing based on risk-based audit assessment.
Oversee audit program testing and required reporting.
Conduct and oversee audits of all operational areas including but not limited to accounting and finance, lending operations, bank operations, trust and other areas as deemed appropriate under the guidance of the Director of Risk Management.
Lead audit closing meetings with applicable management/auditee.
Provide applicable audit reports and supporting materials for regulatory exams, external audits and internal committees.
Provide oversight to all departments to ensure timely response to remediate audit findings.
Manage the Company's findings data base to ensure it is up to date with timely clearing of audit findings and manage monthly Exam and Audit Remediation (EAR) Committee reporting and meetings.
Afford guidance to business units to assist in developing and maintaining controls to mitigate compliance, regulatory and operational related audit findings.
Provide liaison relationship between management and audit resource for ICFR.
Maintain current knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures as they relate to the audit function.
Mentor Compliance Analyst Lead and any other staff as applicable for any audit related tasks.
What You Bring:
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with FIS, NContracts or other findings and risk software preferred.
Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.
Strong project management and organization skills.
Outstanding leadership and team mentoring abilities.
Comfortable and professional in dealing with senior management
Effective interpersonal communications.
Detail-oriented.
Education Level Education Details Required/Preferred
Bachelor's Degree - Business, Finance or Accounting - Required
Experience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred
7-10 years - Bank operations preferred. Internal audit processes and demonstrated regulation proficiency preferred - Required
5-7 years - Experience managing bank compliance preferred - Preferred
License/Certification Details Time Frame Required/Preferred
One or more relevant professional certifications preferred: CRCM, CFE, CPA, CIA - Upon Hire - Preferred

Pay Range: $71,000 - $107,000/YR
Job Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
