As a Financial Analyst IIat First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Finance team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:
Coordinate, analyze and report financial performance to management, present monthly and year-to-date financials with accompanying analysis of results.
Analyze key performance indicators to identify underlying business issues and provide input for operational and strategic decisions.
Assist in creation of monthly forecasts, review against analyst estimates, provide support to strategic planning and goal achievement.
Support the annual business planning process.
Report weekly loan and deposit growth and summarize largest variances by client.
Run/update the FTP model monthly and address any discrepancies.
Identify and monitor key/strategic clients, client profitability analysis and benchmarking.
Support the internal and external reporting requirements of the Company (management, BOD, SEC, regulatory).
What You Bring:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Self-starter, detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills (including Excel)
Knowledge of banking industry and macroeconomic trends
Education Level Education Details Required/Preferred
Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business degree. Required
Experience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred
1-3 years, Financial planning and analysis Required

Pay Range: $50,400 - $65,520/YR
Job Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
