Job Description
Job-participation in full-time high-performance mass-production routines, within the manufacturing-factory-setting.
Required Education/Experience:
- Highschool Diploma or GED — required.
- Additional education — preferred.
- 3.5 yrs of manufacturing experience — preferred.

Skill Requirements:
- Ability to interpret, convey, and accurately follow verbal and written English.

Work Requirements:
- Regularly, sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands, arms, and legs; while performing repetitive operations.
- Able to lift about 50 pounds by hand.
- Vigor, adroitness, full movement, and dexterity.
- Excellent eye-vision abilities; including, close-distance vision, long-distance-vision, color-vision, depth-perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to discern and follow, policies and procedures; as listed in the employee manual.
- Must use safety precautions, maintain a safe work environment; detect, diagnose, and report valid-dilemmas.
- Must wear protective equipment, such as safety glasses, face mask, face shield, helmet, earplugs, and/or gloves, all while complying with safety standards.
- Must perform daily, cleaning, and maintenance — on all instrumentation, tooling, and machinery used — i.e. 5S protocols.
- Must perform preventative maintenance procedures.
- Must assume responsibility, for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to each task, in order to meet or exceed efficiency goals and evolutionary achievements.

Pay: $14.70 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
