We need a tech-savvy individual passionate about restoring computers and providing outstanding customer support. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing laptops/desktops, refurbishing hardware like SSDs and GPUs, troubleshooting software, and assisting customers in-store or via phone. Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of computer components, strong problem-solving abilities, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
