Immediate Openings: Admin Assistant / Dispatcher
Catalina Transportation is seeking several unique individuals for an anything but ordinary industry!
Working in a fast-paced, call-center like environment our agents actively assist our customers with their reservation requests and ensure their ground transportation needs are met in a company that stresses teamwork, versatility and customer service.
The ideal candidate to join our select group of Admin Assistants/Dispatchers are ambitious, passionate, and—above all else—excited to join the industry’s longest running and most recognized global ground transportation provider in the Tucson market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists customers by inputting reservations, changes, and cancellation information via telephone and email in a time-sensitive environment, where accuracy and professionalism are first and foremost
- Attends to all aspects of customer service and support in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Communicates with customers and team members in a professional manner
- Handles customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
- Inputs reservation information on customized computer reservation system
- Contacts customers to advise of changes, to cancel or to confirm reservations
- Maintains current or advance knowledge of status on previously booked groups and vehicle type availability
- Interacts with clients, affiliate agencies and all levels of the organization in a professional levels
- Performs other duties as directed by the supervisor
