Position Summary
Built to Rank is hiring a Digital Marketing Apprentice to support our growing portfolio of small business clients. This is an entry-level role designed for aspiring marketers eager to gain hands-on experience while working directly on real client campaigns.
As an apprentice, you’ll spend four days each week supporting live projects and one day per week completing OpenClassrooms’ online Digital Marketer training path — all while earning income and developing in-demand skills. At the end of the program, you'll receive a U.S. Department of Labor Certificate of Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship Program.

Apprentice Responsibilities:

· Develop computer or information security policies or procedures.
· Develop guidelines for system implementation.
· Analyze market or customer related data.
· Recommend changes to improve computer or information systems.
· Collaborate with others to develop or implement marketing strategies.
· Maintain the inventory of equipment.
· Collaborate with others to develop or implement marketing strategies.
· Design websites or web applications.
· Implement advertising or marketing initiatives.
· Implement advertising or marketing initiatives.
· Analyze website or related online data to track trends or usage.
· Design websites or web applications.
· Develop specifications or procedures for website development or maintenance.
· Design computer modeling or simulation programs.
· Update knowledge about emerging industry or technology trends.
· Provide customer service to clients or users.

Qualifications:
· Able to work onsite, occasionally hybrid
· At least 18 years of age
· U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S.
· Available to commit to a 2000-hour competency-based apprenticeship program (approximately 12 months)
· Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords) and Google Business Profiles (GBP)
· Ability to set up, optimize, and track performance of ad campaigns
· Experience managing and updating GBP for visibility and lead generation
· Google Ads certification is strongly preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (for non-native speakers a TOEFL score of 80 is recommended)
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Technical knowledge:
· Fundamentals of computer literacy (high-school level)
· Basic experience in digital marketing, including knowledge in:
· Benchmark analysis
· Market research
· Online survey tools and SEO
· Landing page and email design tools
· Access to technical equipment:
· Computer (PC or Mac), with administrator rights, at least 8 GB of RAM, and 100 GB of storage space available
· Access to headphones, a webcam, and a stable internet connection
