Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Two-Property Casino Resort


We are seeking a strategic and accomplished financial executive to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our two-property casino operation. Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting function across the Quechan Casinos, ensuring the highest level of financial integrity and operational efficiency. The CFO will manage all aspects of financial reporting, internal processes and controls, auditing, asset management, financial analysis, planning and budgeting.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in casino and hospitality finance, with a strong understanding of gaming operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-property oversight. In this critical role, the CFO will ensure adherence to all Federal, State, and Tribal regulations as directed by governing agencies. Additionally, the CFO will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to drive sustainable growth and profitability across both casino properties.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or MBA (Master of Business Administration) strongly preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role. 
  • Direct experience in the gaming, casino, or hospitality industry is highly desirable. 
  • Multi-property or enterprise-level experience is a strong asset. 
  • Previous experience working in tribal gaming operation preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. 
  • Tribal preference will be given to qualified tribal applicants.
