Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact among employees, clients and other external partners;
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Manage the CEO’s calendars and set up meetings;
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports;
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff;
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory;
  • Format and update information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, marketing materials and  product sheets;
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence;
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system;
  • Take minutes during meetings as needed;
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or office role;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions;
  • Superior written and oral communication skills;
  • High School Degree; Excellent MS Office knowledge;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Familiarity with office equipment and applications (i.e. printers, copy machines);
  • Eagerness to learn and wear many hats;
  • Knowledge of the agriculture and livestock landscape is a plus
