We are looking to hire a Business Analyst with ERP experience. This is a project-based role that can be supported remotely.

What You'll Do
  • Organize and document the backlog of requirements and data conversion elements for business workstreams under an Oracle Fusion ERP program.
What You'll Bring

Basic Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in Business Analysis
  • Strong ERP background with a solid understanding of inter-module relationships and how data flows-preferably with Oracle Fusion
  • Comfortable navigating dashboards and reports as an advanced user
  • Acts as a proactive Change Agent-champions the new solution while constructively acknowledging the impact of change
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with Oracle Reporting Tools

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly range is $52/hr-$72/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
