Position: Mission Support Specialist Locations: Dania Beach FL; Del Rio TX; Detroit MI; El Centro CA; El Passo TX (2); Laredo TX; Marfa TX; McAllen TX (2); San Diego CA (2); Spokane WA; Ramey PR; Tucson AZ; Yuma AZ Essential Functions: The BPAM MGMT and Program Analyst, Mission Support Specialistplays a critical role in supporting administrative, financial, acquisition, and facility operations functions while ensuring effectivemaintenance & repair coordinationand program support within the PMO. 1. Meeting Facilitation & Coordination

+ Organize and facilitatemeetings and working sessions, ensuring objectives are achieved.

+ Set and manage agendas , track action items, control meeting flow, and ensure stakeholders receive timely updates.

+ Prepare and distributemeeting minutes, coordinating follow-up activities.

2. Acquisition & Procurement Support

+ Assist inacquisition program management, ensuring procurement timelines, milestones, and regulatory compliance.

+ DevelopStatements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and Performance Work Statements (PWS)to align with federal acquisition regulations.

+ Conductmarket research and vendor analysis, supporting procurement decision-making.

3. Financial & Budget Management

+ Track and reportfunding allocations, managing financial transactions throughSAP and TRIRIGA.

+ SubmitPurchase Requisition Requests (PRRs)and collaborate with finance teams on budget execution.

+ Providecost estimation and financial analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and expenditure tracking.

4. Data & Mission Support

+ Managedata tracking and reporting, ensuring compliance with TRIRIGA or its replacement.

+ Maintaincontract files, purchase logs, inventory tracking, and funding recordsfor facility operations.

+ PrepareQA/QC reports, update electronic files, and generate documentation for leadership review.

5. Maintenance & Repair (M&R) Coordination and Reporting

+ Preparemonthly M&R Coordination reports, detailing project status, cost, scope, modifications, completion percentages, and logistics support updates.

+ Maintaincontract data and documentation, ensuring government reporting requirements are met.

+ Track and preparetask order documentation, ensuring accurate execution of M&R projects.

+ Monitor and reportfunding status, utilizingFederal purchase cardsfor expenditure tracking.

6. Administrative Support & Coordination

+ Serve asfirst point of contactfor PMO leadership, streamlining communications and task prioritization.

+ Coordinatetravel arrangements, meeting logistics, expense reporting, and documentation processing.

+ Developmemoranda, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and documentation quality.

+ Assist withtraining coordination effortsand onboarding of new contractor personnel.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Expertise in administrative support, financial tracking, and acquisition management .

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, SAP, and TRIRIGA .

+ Experience in maintenance & repair coordination , procurement, and contract management.

+ Ability to manage sensitive data , ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Conditions of Employment

+ U.S. Citizenship required

+ Must participate in a federal background investigation

+ A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

+ Office Management and data analytics experience desired
