Job Summary

The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict and optimize process performance.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Participate in equipment selection, installation, and validation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Train production staff on new processes and procedures.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the home manufacturing industry.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.

Working Conditions

This position is located in Snowflake, Arizona. The role may require occasional travel and work outside of standard business hours.
