Job Description
Job Purpose
Produce formed parts to specification and tolerance.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Set up and operate break machine.
• Read and understand production assembly drawings.
• Use measuring tools, calipers, tape measure. Recognize different material type/gauge.
• Report unresolved shortages and job status to supervisor.
• Report needed drawing corrections to supervisor.
• Complete production work order reports.
• Follow standard shop practices and verbal instructions.
• Detect and report any mechanical defects of raw material.
• Check work for accuracy and completeness.
• Refer all unusual conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• All duties assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or management.
• Responsible for understanding and executing Company goals and objectives while
actively contributing to the cohesiveness of the team.
