Summary
This position is located in the Marketing Department. The incumbent is responsible for producing all marketing mailing lists, programming incentives into the SYNKROS system, and assisting with the coordination and tracking of marketing campaigns. The Analyst will extract and verify data integrity, support Bingo promotions, and help implement casino floor promotions in collaboration with the Player’s Club Manager. This role is intended to provide direct support to the Player’s Club operations by reducing workload and helping execute promotions effectively across departments. The Marketing Database Analyst is accountable for cooperating with other departments, maintaining compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards, and ensuring all Marketing objectives of the Casino are met. All discrepancies must be reported to Casino Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a monthly Marketing Matrix with approved marketing offers
- Create monthly Marketing Criteria for offers
- Extract patron criteria for mailing lists
- Compile the patron qualify list and import it into the SYNKROS system
- Communicate with the third party for mail house approval and ensure accurate data is being mailed
- Create SYNKROS incentives and prepare them for approval
- Audit all ongoing and monthly promotions
- Review promotions and ensure they can be programmed into the SYNKROS system
- Activate and issue all marketing offers as approved
- Distribute all marketing media for in-house digital assets
- Assist in Social Media management campaigns
- Support Bingo promotions, including scheduling, prize setup, and data tracking
- Assist the Player’s Club Manager with designing, coordinating, and implementing floor promotions such as hot seats, point multipliers, and giveaways
- Must understand and comply with the System of Minimum Internal Control Standards.
