Job Description
The Production Supervisor Trainee will work directly with ownership to gain a deep, hands-on understanding of our production processes and overall company operations. As the first hire at our new San Luis facility, this individual will initially perform a wide range of production tasks—including dye sublimation printing, cutting, industrial sewing, embroidery, packing, and general facility duties—while receiving one-on-one mentorship and training. A practical onboarding period, which may include on-site training at our California operation, is designed to prepare the Trainee to assume the role of Production Manager within 1–2 months. From there, the position offers a clear pathway toward a future General Manager role as the facility grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day production tasks, including sewing, printing, cutting, embroidery, packing, and general labor.
- Work closely with ownership to learn all processes, quality standards, and workflow systems.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, organized production area.
- Troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues with guidance.
- Support continuous improvement and help develop production systems for future staff.
- Participate in training at our California facility as needed.
- Prepare to supervise production staff as the facility grows.
Assist with any other tasks required during startup operations.
