Job Description
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our front office team! You will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information over the phone. Office hours range from 7am to 4pm Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday or Sunday.
Requirements:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide information about our products shown in our catalog and website
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services
- Assisting customers with placing orders over the phone
- Completing daily office duties including (but not limited to) filing, creating new customer files, purging files
