The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring full-time Restaurant Bussers to join our team at Yavapai Hotel in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Restaurant Busser, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as the ability to set priorities and respond to changing needs within the dining room.
What will you do?
Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation of the dining room and outside patio areas, surfaces, furniture, and equipment. 
Buses tables and places dirty dishes and linens in appropriate areas. 
Ensures the cleanliness of tables and chairs and completes setup for the next guest's use. 
Gathers and removes trash as necessary. 
Responds timely to guest requests in a friendly manner. 
More about you
Requires excellent communication skills to work with guests and team members, with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. 
Should enjoy working with people and food; experience or diploma not required, customer service experience is a plus.  
Demonstrate excellent time management skills, set priorities, and quickly respond to changing needs.
Physical requirements
Requires the ability to lift and carry 30 pounds, balance heavy food trays and bus bins while navigating the seating area. 
Will stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and squat repetitively for the entire length of the shift, with some stair use. 
Exposure to and use of chemicals used to clean and sanitize areas and equipment.
