We are seeking an entry level Transportation Engineer to join our team in Tempe, AZ.
B&N entry level Transportation Engineer Responsibilities:
- Participate in diverse projects from initial concept through final blueprints
- Dive into roadway engineering calculations, analysis, and design work that directly impacts communities
- Create construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates that bring projects to life
- Conduct transportation studies that solve real mobility challenges
- Work alongside seasoned engineers who genuinely want to mentor you
- Build relationships with clients and community members while developing transportation solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil engineering program; Fall 2025 graduates are encouraged to apply
- EI/EIT registration or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- 0-2 years of related transportation design or study experience
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, and excited to sharpen your abilities with industry-standard software including AutoCAD and Microstation
