Job Description
- Clear tables after guests depart, taking silverware, dishes, and glassware to appropriate areas.
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths and floor.
- Assist servers as needed during peak periods.
- Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicating with servers if necessary.
- Maintain impeccable appearance of restaurant outlet.
- Monitor china, silver, glassware and server station supplies and restock as needed.
- Responsible for cleaning spills and overflows on all buffet stations. .
- Help keep floor areas around buffet station clean and free of debris.
- Perform side work duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of buffet layout, menu items and nightly features.
- Help keep dining area neat and clean at all times (chairs, booths, floors).
- Assist with rolling silverware.
- Empty Trash.
- Bus tables and assist servers when possible.
- Maintain good personal appearance at all times.
- Report all guest incidents and complaints immediately to supervisor.
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
- Perform all other related tasks deemed necessary by management.
- Smile and make eye contact.
