Job Description
Core Duties could include but are not limited to:
Greeting and Seating:
Welcoming guests as they arrive, managing the waiting list, and seating guests at appropriate tables.
Reservation Management:
Handling reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and potentially managing reservations through a reservation system or waitlist app.
Communication:
Communicating with guests about wait times, seating availability, and other inquiries. They also communicate with the serving staff regarding seating needs and other relevant information.
Maintaining a Welcoming Atmosphere:
Ensuring the host station is clean and organized, and that the overall atmosphere is inviting.
Assisting with Special Requests:
Accommodating special requests from guests, such as dietary restrictions or specific seating preferences.
Opening and Closing Duties:
May include setting up the host station, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
Answering Phones:

Assisting with Side Work:
