Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Clearing and Resetting Tables: Bussers promptly remove dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables after guests have finished their meals and reset them with fresh linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Assisting Servers: They support servers by refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and attending to other guest needs.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Bussers ensure the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, is clean and presentable throughout service.
- Restocking Supplies: They maintain adequate levels of supplies like napkins, condiments, and silverware at designated stations.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Bussers contribute to a positive dining experience by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest requests.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays of dishes is necessary.
- Teamwork & Communication: Bussers must be able to work effectively with servers and other kitchen staff.
- Attention to Detail: Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring proper table settings requires attention to detail.
