The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Apparel Cutter and General Labor associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position that requires a willingness to learn and adapt. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from operating cutting equipment and preparing materials to performing general labor and maintenance duties. We are willing to train the right person, and this role offers an excellent opportunity for advancement within the company.
What You'll Achieve (Key Responsibilities):
● Learn and operate industrial cutting equipment.
● Perform manual cutting tasks using traditional equipment.
● Prepare materials for the production team.
● Assist with the setup and maintenance of production equipment.
● Perform general labor and maintenance duties, including cleaning and organizing the factory space.
● Be willing to perform heavy lifting as required.
● Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications):
Must-Haves:
● A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
● Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks.
● Ability to perform heavy lifting.
● Must be willing to learn to cut with industrial equipment and traditional manual equipment.
● Must be willing to do general labor and maintenance duties.
● Fluency in Spanish or English
Nice-to-Haves:
● Experience cutting apparel is a plus, but not required.
● Any dye sublimation, printing, or embroidery experience.
● Basic English
