The Opportunity:
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Sewing Operators to join our dynamic production team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for operating various industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality custom apparel. Your ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality will be a key part of our team's success in meeting production goals and delighting our customers.
What You'll Achieve (Key Responsibilities):
Operate industrial sewing machines, including single-needle, walking foot, overlock, cover stitch, or multi-needle machines.
● Sew and assemble cut and sew products according to specifications and patterns with a strong attention to detail and quality.
● Meet or exceed daily and weekly production quotas while maintaining a high standard of work.
● Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work station.
● Inspect finished products for defects and make minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
● Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot any issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications):
Must-Haves:
● Proven experience as a sewing machine operator in a production or manufacturing environment.
● Experience operating at least one of the following industrial machines: single-needle, walking foot, overlock, cover stitch, or multi-needle.
● A strong work ethic and a desire to produce high-quality work.
● Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new production tasks.
● Fluency in Spanish or English
Nice-to-Haves:
● Experience with other types of industrial sewing machines.
● Basic sewing machine maintenance and set-up knowledge.
● Any dye sublimation, printing, or embroidery experience.
