We are looking for an AWS Cloud Security Engineer to join the Cloud Security & SaaS team to help with Service Certification efforts. Service Certification covers looking at service offerings that the company wants to use, reviewing them, understanding them and putting together configuration guidelines with domain partners to ensure service is properly integrated and used across the enterprise. This environment will include looking at AWS service offerings to understand which best practices will work for this group. It is important that you understand how security works, how (security) resources are deployed and configured from a SCP standpoint within public cloud and understanding the different domains. Although you may not be the one configuring it yourself, it is important that you understand the process, IAM or similar policies and a holistic view of how things work. You will work alongside other Cloud Engineers and Cloud Architects to progress the enterprise’s cloud journey, while working with Terraform for IAC automation and deployment. As you will be representing Insight Global and the larger organization of this Financial Enterprise, we are looking for someone how works well in a team environment with a great attitude & aptitude to learn.

Skills and Requirements
-4-5+ years of AWS Cloud Security experience, specifically within Engineering and Architecture.
-Understanding of IAM and other security policies, protocols, etc.
-Deep understanding of the shared responsibility within public cloud
-Strong experience with Terraform for IAC and automation with a good understanding of its deployment stages.
