Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
+ 5 years of work experience in physical security systems or a related technical field.
+ 5 years of work experience working with security principles and technologies, implementing security solutions, and drive testing and commissioning.
+ 5 years of direct experience managing security technology projects, encompassing full lifecycle from evaluation and design through execution and deployment.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Certification in Physical Security (e.g., CPP, PSP, or CSPM).
+ Formal professional certification in Project or Program Management (e.g., PMP).
+ 3 years of specific experience in program management overseeing cross-functional teams and projects spanning a wide geographic region (e.g., multi-state or multi-country).
+ Experience successfully collaborating with and working across multiple internal and external teams to drive business excellence and process improvements.
+ Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional teams, and effectively manage stakeholder communication and alignment in a large organization.
