Job Description

Senior Program Manager needed by Blue Yonder, Inc. in Scottsdale AZ (Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US)  

DUTIES:                 Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support services and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one and three-year periods. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Manage implementation and other service projects at assigned accounts.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Program Manager, Program Director, Sr. Supply Chain Architect, Technical Manager, or a related/similar position. Experience therein to include the following:

• 6 years in customer management within a B2B services or sales environment; leading supply chain domain expertise in planning and/or execution; consulting, solution architecture, and project management; managing enterprise software projects; program delivery with SaaS or supply chain solutions in a management role; supply chain management tools such as Transportation Management Solutions (TMS), Warehouse Management Solution (WMS), Yard Management Solutions (YMS), Control Tower Solutions, or Order Management Solutions;   
• 3 years in product management; and
• 1 years of experience with Java, Python, SQL, manual testing, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure.

Telecommute role, ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US and various, unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
