Job Description
Retail Sales (In-Person):
- Assist customers with crystal and jewelry purchases in our Sedona storefront
- Offer knowledgeable and compassionate guidance on products and their metaphysical uses
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and intention-filled retail space
- Support in-store events, workshops, and photoshoots
Order Fulfillment:
- Fulfill online and live sale orders
Website & Inventory Support:
- Update product listings, descriptions, and inventory on Shopify
- Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, product drops, and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience in retail sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage creative and operational tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with both tech and customer service
- Must be based in or near Sedona, AZ – this is an in-person role only
- A love for crystals, metaphysics, healing, and intentional living is essential
