Come create your career with Volt.Volt is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant for a local company in Tolleson, Arizona.
Fully onsite role
As Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing financial records, coordinating logistics, and handling confidential information.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) using QuickBooks
- Handle customer collections and maintain professional email communication
- Navigate between multiple company records and accounts throughout the day
- Track transactions and estate assets using Microsoft Excel
- Performfiling and document management for various business entities
- Coordinate and schedule company travel, activities, and events
Shift is Monday- Friday, Schedule 8am-5pm
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with real estate transactions is highly beneficial
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
