Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects (planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordination).
Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with contract scopes.
Review architectural and structural plans, ensuring alignment with applicable codes.
With knowledge of safety management and QA/QC procedures in Semiconductor is plus.
Overseeing safety & performance with supervisors on-site.
Coordinate inspections and permit applications with local authorities.
Report project progress and cost status to company leadership.
Subcontract specialized works (Facility Engineering, plumbing, etc.) to licensed professionals as required by law.
