Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the safe operations and transport of Guests in CCCH vehicles in accordance with established policies, procedures, specifications, and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:
- Conducts pre-trip inspections of vehicle(s).
- Transports Guests and Team Members to/from Casino/Hotel while delivering the highest levels of service in a professional and personable manner.
- Prepare accurate and thorough recordings of operations.
- Keeps the vehicle clean and neat and reports any mechanical or other issues to the Supervisor.
- Maintain open communication with department leaders via 2-way radio &/or hands-free cell phone.
- Maintains current knowledge of CCCH property, amenities, services, special events, and promotions.
