Job Description
Provide academic, behavioral, and personal support for individual students or small groups under teacher direction. Assist with classroom activities, implement behavioral and academic plans, collect data on student progress, and ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Perform record-keeping, clerical tasks, and activities of daily living as needed to promote student inclusion. Use communication tools and assistive technology to support learning, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with staff. Participate in meetings and training, support substitute teachers, and report safety concerns or potential abuse immediately.
